During the lockdown and the half capacity restrictions that followed, I was in need of a creative outlet to help me interact (at a safe distance) and create. I was also very curious what people looked like behind their masks and was often surprised to see how different they looked than what I had “filled in”. I had many volunteers becasue I think people also needed something to do. Here is a selection of the 40+ people I documented.
